Leah has resided and worked in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist for the last 20 years, practicing a holistic perspective to promote independence in the daily lives and routines of her patients. In addition to holding a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Leah has incorporated three different companies on the Front Range: an Occupational Therapy practice (2006), a real estate company (2017), as well as her latest entrepreneurial venture, Knew Conscious Collective.
Knew Conscious Collective re-launched in January 2020 with Leah as the CFO and Co-Owner. Due to her hands-on approach to management and daily oversight of the venture’s operations in these roles, Leah possesses intimate knowledge of the artistic forces shaping Colorado’s ever-changing business landscape and is committed to facilitating creative performances of the highest caliber.
Chief Financial Officer
Kristi Caravella comes to the Therapy Inc LLC after having a career in local and state government in Southeast Florida. Having graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in Journalism and Communications, Kristi finished both a master’s (speech and corporate communications) and Ph.D (public administration, finance) at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Serving as Assistant Town Administrator in Davie, Florida, Finance Director in Plantation, FL and Chief of Staff to former Florida State Senator, Ron Klein, Kristi has managed, from break ground through construction, multi-million dollar construction projects and corresponding budgets as well as staff forces of more than 1,000 employees.
In addition to public service, Kristi Caravella has taught communication and government courses for 20 years to aspiring students at various universities and colleges, most recently at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL.
Prior to joining the Therapy Inc, Kristi worked as the Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors at the Tampa Museum of Art.
