Leah Hagemann, MS- OTR/L

Founder / CEO

Leah has resided and worked in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist for the last 20 years, practicing a holistic perspective to promote independence in the daily lives and routines of her patients. In addition to holding a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Leah has incorporated three different companies on the Front Range: an Occupational Therapy practice (2006), and a real estate company (2017).

Administrative Assistant

Andrea is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with six years of experience specializing in pediatric care. She brings her clinical knowledge and passion for supporting children with special needs into her role as Administrative Assistant, ensuring that families and staff receive thoughtful, organized, and compassionate support. Andrea’s unique blend of therapeutic expertise and administrative skill helps create a smooth and welcoming experience for all who connect with our organization. Based in Boulder County with her husband and two sons, Andrea is deeply committed to building inclusive, family-centered services that make a lasting difference.

Megan Roney, OTR/L

Practitioner

Megan, a lifelong dancer and certified DanceAbility instructor, blends her passion for movement with her work as an occupational therapist to empower children and adolescents with disabilities through creative expression and functional independence. She holds a master's in occupational therapy from Colorado State University, where she conducted published research on yoga and brain injury recovery. Megan’s diverse experience spans clinics, schools, home health, and adaptive recreation, with specialized training in sensory processing, reflex integration, feeding approaches, and telehealth assessments.

Vanessa is an OT bilingual provider (English-Spanish) and specializes in sensory-motor integration and holistic wellness. Her 10 plus years of experience includes sensory motor clinics/gyms, early intervention, schools (private, public, charter), hospitals/nursing, and therapy camps.

Practitioner

Kelly is an OT with 8 years of experience. She has a strong background in outpatient & inpatient pediatrics, gaining expertise in casting, splinting, adaptive equipment, as well as treating Autism, Developmental Delays, and Sensory Processing disorders. She enjoys hiking and trying new restaurants in downtown Denver.

Heather is an experienced pediatric occupational therapist with over two decades of service across clinical, school, and home-based settings. She specializes in early intervention to support children’s development. Heather is also a PATH International certified riding instructor and has a strong background in program management and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Savannah Wilkes is a compassionate and versatile Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a background in pediatric care, adaptive fitness, and mental health. She brings experience from school-based and clinic settings, as well as a foundation in exercise science and medical office operations. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and dedication to helping others, Savannah is committed to enhancing quality of life through creative and client-centered therapeutic interventions. Will accept feeding referrals.
